VACATION HOMES

Step one is simple! If you haven't already, please fill out the Vacation Home Estimate form below. We will then either provide you with an estimate based on the requested information, or in some instances we will need to access the property in order to provide a more accurate estimate. We will then have you read through, sign and return our Policies and Procedures Contract prior to scheduling your first clean.

Also, please feel free to shoot us a message with any inquiries you may have. Our friendly professionals are available daily from 9am-3pm Mountain Time (Of course!) and happy to help however possible.

The first clean we provide will always take the longest in order to bring your vacation home to its highest standard. This sets a solid base for us which we work hard to upkeep on a regular basis. We recommend a deep clean of your home each season (4 times a year) as dirt and dust bunnies will re-accumulate in the crevices of your vacation home overtime.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE

General wear and tear is inevitable, especially during high season with the heavy traffic coming and going through your property. We at Partners in Grime understand the difficulty of owning a Vacation Home (some team members being owners ourselves) while you are miles away and unable to take car of it yourself. Put your worries at ease as our on-call maintenance team members are here to help.

ORGANIZATION

Having our professionals setup an organized system in your vacation home that not only the cleaners will follow each visit, but hopefully your guests will too can be crucial to time spent reorganizing after each stay. We use label makers to arrange each cabinet and cupboard with intentions to have everything put back where it was found, thus saving us time, and you money.
